Neighborhood Family Practice (NFP) is a community health care provider with seven convenient locations offering same day appointments. The NFP service area spans twelve neighborhoods across Cleveland’s west side and is comprised of a very diverse mix of residents. NFP focuses on providing high quality primary care in a medical home setting.
